Boston · by introduction
Longevity, beautifully kept.
I was raised somewhere the mornings were slow and the sheets were pressed, and I've kept the habit. I see a very small number of men who take aging as seriously as I do, and who would rather spend an evening feeling better than getting drunk.
The one rule
minutes, every evening
Every evening includes at least forty minutes of something restorative, done together. It isn't negotiable. It's also the part you'll come to look forward to.
You choose the ritual. I make sure it fits the evening and the place.
Warm oil, no hurry, Sunday-afternoon pace. Your cortisol will thank me before you do.
Sauna, plunge, and silence. The oldest longevity protocol there is, and still the best.
Red light, a new wearable, whatever a clinic in Zurich is excited about this month. Tried together, on the spot.
Dinner that does something for you. Good olive oil is a personality trait.
Lights out at eight. Coffee and a morning routine together at six. I find nothing more romantic.
A week somewhere with a good clinic and better sheets. Planned together, arranged by you.
A little about me
I grew up in nice places and came away with expensive opinions about mattresses, linen, and sleep. I read clinical studies the way other people read novels, and I'll ask about your HRV before I ask about your job.
I'm warm, a touch particular, and very good company somewhere quiet. Currently saving for a ridiculous device I absolutely don't need. Ask me which.
Retreats
Somewhere beautiful, with a serious clinic and very good sheets. We choose together. You arrange and cover everything; I arrive rested and make it worth it.
Fees
A 25% deposit secures every evening · Spa, products, and ingredients are arranged separately
The forty minutes are part of your time, and never skipped · 48 hours' notice for changes
On a 90-minute evening, massage, the newest thing, or the kitchen fit best. Heat and cold need a venue with a sauna, so we plan it for dinner or longer.
